Changes to underage rules and structures E-mail
The leagues will remain in three sections for Minor to U14. Once all ties have been played, the top four in the first section will contest the division 1 title. The next four, be it the bottom 2 or 3 from section 1 and the top 1 or 2 from section 2, will contest the division 2 title. This continues through the sections. If teams are tied on points, the score difference is used. This leads to five titles in all. U12s will remain in four divisions.

Could all youth award winners from the 2006 season please return the trophies to team managment or a club official by the end of 2007. This is in preparation for the upcoming youth presentation night for the 2007 season, which will take place in January. Thanks in advance.

Paul Martin Memorial Match

The Paul Martin Memorial Cup will rest this year by the banks of Lough Erne following Saturday evenings first memorial match between Kinawley from Fermanagh and Donaghmore/Ashbourne. This is the first anniversary of the tragic death of Paul Martin who was a lifetime player and member of Donaghmore/Ashbourne CLG. Kinawley is the home club of Paul's parents Gerry and Catherine and having recently been crowned Intermediate champions they traveled in large numbers for this well attended encounter.
