Kinawley fell to a heavy defeat against a clinical Ederney U21 team who got off to the perfect start with a McCusker goal in the 1st minute. On a windswept McManus Park, Kinawley had difficulty keeping the ball kicked out & St Josephs went in at half time 5-09 - 0.01.
In the second half Kinawley improved and playing with the wind they did a little better holding St Josephs scoreless untill the last kick of the game when they got their 6th goal. Kinawley scorers were Sean Crudden (0.2) Noel Martin (0.2) Ciaran Crudden (0.1) & Aiden Clarke (0.1). Best for Kinawley were Gaby McHugh, Ryan Cornyn & Enda Monaghan. |
