The leagues will remain in three sections for Minor to U14. Once all ties have been played, the top four in the first section will contest the division 1 title. The next four, be it the bottom 2 or 3 from section 1 and the top 1 or 2 from section 2, will contest the division 2 title. This continues through the sections. If teams are tied on points, the score difference is used. This leads to five titles in all. U12s will remain in four divisions.

Games at all age groups in section 3/division 3 and lower will have team numbers set at 13 a side. This can be increased to 15 a side with the prior agreement of both managers.

Game rules have changed. All U12 and U14 club games will adopt the ‘two play only’ rule. This restricts a player to a maximum of 2 solos or 1 solo and 1 bounce. U12 games will be played on a reduced length pitch. This will mean smaller goals placed on either 21 or either 13. A small square will be incorporated to protect the goal keeper. Small round cones can be used to mark this area. The square ball rule will be enforced. There will be no penalties, only free kicks.

Kinawley will be a host in this years Feile na nOg, which is due to commence on the 5th of April. There will be an U15 - 7 a side blitz in June.
